Great price and great service. So glad I hired my tens machine from them, found it invaluable in my labour and managed to use just the tens and gas & air. The package arrived when expected, came with everything I needed and the free return postage is a bonus. Highly recommend!

I hired a TENS machine from Hi-Baby and used it during labour. The TENS machine is excellent, I used it from the start of the early contractions for around 20 hours, by which time I had been 'stuck' at 6cm dilation for around 8 hours. After this it was recommended that I take the synto drip so I also decided to have an epidural at that time. The TENS machine gives you a sense of control because you have something that works with your body to manage the contractions. You can clip the little control onto your clothes so it is really easy to move around and do whatever else you want during the labour (apart from have a shower / bath / use a birthing pool, as the TENS is electric). It is easy to set up following the instructions and the control is easy to operate. I planned to practice using it before going into labour however I didn't get round to it. In the end my contractions started when I was on my own so I went home and set it up then and it worked well. Hi-Baby provided a professional and easy service, they sent the TENS machine out the next day after I had hired it and they provide a return envelope so it is easy to send it back once you've used it. Would def recommend!

Good value for money. I did not want to buy a machine in case I didn't end up using it. I was 37 weeks the week before Christmas so company emailed me to say they would dispatch early to ensure it arrived on time but at no extra cost. Everything you need is included, easy to follow instructions. Baby arrived at 41 weeks used the machine through out labour. Returned to company last week in the pre paid envelope and received email today to say it had been received. Definitely will recommend hiring a machine from this company.

Got the rental at week 37 of pregnancy and at a great price - for something you will only need once (unless you plan on having more). The instructions were easy to understand and how to return the machine was really easy, with the free post envelope provided. Would use again - if we have another baby!

I hired a TENS machine for my labour, requesting a prompt delivery as I was nearing my due date. The machine was dispatched straight away, arriving in a sturdy case. The instructions were very clear and all components were as expected and in good condition. I would certainly recommend Hi Baby and have no complaints.

I hired the fetal heart monitor for all my pregnancies and each time I had excellent equipment. They were even very understanding if I forgot to make the monthly payment on time. I could hear beat clearly from as early as 8 weeks. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

absolutely brilliant machine no need to worry when you have one of these really easy to use and can be heard really early on in pregnancy I had it for 2 month just so I could listen to my little girls heartbeat that little bit longer.. great value for money deffinatly recommending to any of my friends interested xx

The TENs machine was delivered quickly. The rental time allowed is 7 weeks, which allow enough time to return and not to worry about the machine straight after leaving the hospital. There were 2 batteries provided, even though only one was needed and the instructions were very clear. Returning the machine was also very easy in the pre-paid envelope provided. I also got a confirmation as soon as Hi-baby rentals received the item back. Well done and thank you.

I am so glad this service exists, I could hear my baby at home and know that everything was okay. The customer service is second to none with clear instructions on how to use the product and clear instructions on returns etc. I can honestly say that the reassurance this gives you is well worth it, I have no complaints about anything, I will be recommending to any family or friends that should have a need for this type of thing in the future. As with every other comment here, the product was great and so was the service. We hired a TENS machine. After our experience I would wholeheartedly recommend. I purchased on Ebay and a nice lady phoned me up soon after to confirm everything. They are able to guide you on exactly when you will need the machine. For pregnancy products the personal touch really counts. To be honest, when my wife was in labour I would have paid £1,000 for this piece of kit such was its benefit!

I rented this fetal Doppler for the duration of my pregnancy and was really impressed with the communication and efficiency of this company. A direct debit was easily set up for automatic payment and cancelled immediately once I returned the unit. The product was great, worked perfectly throughout the hire period and was a source of great reassurance to me. Easy to return too. Would definitely use them again.

It arrived promptly and we used it several days later when my contractions started. Definitely recommend for pain relief especially at home in the early stages of labour.

We hired the Tens machine through Ebay for a period of seven weeks. We ordered it in advance and we received it exactly when we were told we would. Once used, we just needed to return it in the prepaid envelope and get a proof of postage, which we did and it was received back no problem.
