My Personal Coach Ltd

I have met with a person at My Personal Coach on three occasions now and I feel I am making a lot of progress. I have a few issues to work through including my job and my relationships with my partner and family as well as personal goals that I am only now managing to achieve. The person I dealt with is motivational, very patient and she listens a lot and doesn't just talk at me. I feel I can trust her completely. She gives me exercises to do between sessions (homework at my age!) and phones me after every appointment to find out how I am doing. Lately people have commented on my new confidence. I can only recommend her based on my own experience, but I hope that others will find their ideal coach with this company. They are based in London.
