A great shame , a once shining example of a lovely
Airport now in serious decline, I really wouldn't know where to begin, let's just say on arrival back from your holiday destination it will take you at least 2 hrs to get though , baggage reclaim that have no cases , well not for 45 minutes anyway ,automated passport controls that don't work , staff that couldnt give a damn.
And a long term car park bus driver who had not
A clue about the drop off points ,took 40 minutes to
To get to our car , that was probably only 1 mile from the terminal all in the pitch black
Gloom of 1am, just the worst experience ever,.

In short Stansted airport , they just don't care..
