Rip off

Booked and paid for my car in the uk with silver package asked for a mustang convertible .When arrived at Orlando wheat to pick up car was told no mustang available but had something better a camaro convertible then was told it would be an additional $69.00 A day on top of what I had paid already so I said ok as I wanted this type of car but wasn't happy with the price as they are the same type of car anyway and in competition in the same market place it then turns out they didn't have one in the lot available so was then told it would have to be what ever was available in the lot this is disgusting I booked and paid two weeks before travel surly they must be able to hold the vehicle you request and pay for for when you arrive given the amount of notice they have
Was then asked if I wanted to pay for a full tank of gas and was told categorically that it was cheaper to do this at the rental desk as the gas was cheaper from them than out side Got a £42.65 bill on my debit card for the fuel I never filled the tank and got a bill more than $40.00 so the hire desk being the cheapest was another lie when we got over to the lot to pick a car there was three mustang convertibles parked out side the lot office window given the guy behind the desk was on the phone to the lot asking about the availability of the camaro at the extra cost of $69.00 a day they must have told him they had the car that I required in the first place but as I didn't take a car at extra cost they wanted me to have a more every day car when in the lot I asked why we couldn't have the car that we ordered iand paid for the uk an older guy then came and took us to the mustang and gave us the keys the car wasn't clean we had to have it cleaned at a car wash inside and out at our cost and time so Alamo car rental you need to show me that you don't try to rip off the public I get you need to fifer extras but don't lie about availability and fuel costs to do this especially when we have paid in advance there are plenty of others rental company's out there for people to use I have been traveling to the stats for twenty three years that's a lot of rental money
