“Shocking service ”

Booked private transfer, then texted to see if we would share with another family offered 50% discount declined as wanted a private transfer. Arrived at airport to no transfer, and no update as to why no driver, spoke to a lady who said nothing she could do and we would need to get a taxi from outside, made to feel it was my fault!

Great service, booked online 2 days before travel. Smiling friendly airport pick up at Gran Canaria Airport good safe driver. Return pick up on time and gave help for luggage and got us to airport in time. Fabulous service, so easy and simple. Thank you

not sure on that one but with all my transfers they ask for your passport number, sorry if it is not the answer you are looking for can you contact viva and ask

Can you book Viva Transfers from Lanzarote Airport to P.D.C and pay the driver on arrival? If so how do you go about doing it?

hi we booked our transfer with viva from barcelona to our hotel in sitges in may , our driver was there with our name on card to show us on arrival from airport. return drive was on time to pick us up to return to the airport, both driver were very helpful with our luggage hope this helps. except our party there were only the two of us
