Can anyone tell me why you have to provide your passport number when booking transfers and has anyone had any problems with this?

not sure on that one but with all my transfers they ask for your passport number, sorry if it is not the answer you are looking for can you contact viva and ask

Can you book Viva Transfers from Lanzarote Airport to P.D.C and pay the driver on arrival? If so how do you go about doing it?

not sure on that as we booked and prepaid throuth viva can1t you email viva and ask i think they will be helpful and explain to you

hi we booked our transfer with viva from barcelona to our hotel in sitges in may , our driver was there with our name on card to show us on arrival from airport. return drive was on time to pick us up to return to the airport, both driver were very helpful with our luggage hope this helps. except our party there were only the two of us
