The best decision we made was to hire our private driver in Rome. He exceeded our expectations every day. From the moment he picked us up from the airport, he had the most friendliest personality and made my family feel comfortable instantly. He took us to great restaurants with food ready to be served, the most delicious gelato spots, and added hidden gems. One of our days we went to Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, and spent the late afternoon in Napoli. Our 4 days in Rome were perfect. He  makes you feel like family. I highly recommend him to anyone who visits Rome.

I conversed with Emanuele thru WhatsApp. He answered all the questions I had about his service. I was greeted at FCO airport by one of his drivers. The driver was holding a board with my name on it and helped me with my luggages. During my trip in Italy I encountered many rude taxi drivers, which makes me appreciate Emanuele’s professionalism more. A few days before my return trip Emanuele texted me to remind me if I needed a shuttle back to the airport. We went to Rome for 4 days und our driver Emanuele picked us up from the hotel in the center and brought us to Fiumicino Airport. He was in time and very helpful with our siutcases. The car was very clean and nice (Mercedes Benz). The price is really fair. Easy doing with best service. Thank you!

We were a group of 12 from Australia taking 2 separate Mediterranean cruises and we needed transport from airport to hotel, from hotel to port and from port to airport. We had the best experience with Trip2rome while vacationing in Rome. Our driver, Mr. Colella, arrived promptly at our hotel to take us to our cruise ship in Civitavecchia. He was extremely professional, polite, and kind and provided extraordinary service. In addition to getting us to our destination, safely and on time, he took the time to tell us about the cities along the way and a bit about life in Italy. He also offered to pick us up and take us to the airport when we got back from our Mediterranean cruise. As promised, Mr. Colella was there when we got off the ship and drove us to the airport to catch our flight back to the U.S. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs comfortable transportation in and around Rome. Mr. Colella's vehicle was comfortable, clean, and in good condition. His rates are very fair as well. You will not be disappointed! Looking forward to visiting again very soon!

We had to move around Italy from Rome to Civitavecchia to Venice and back to Rome Airport and for 4 of us this was the easiest and most comfortable way. We were picked up at the Airport taken to our Hotel in Rome.Several days later again picked up and driven to port Civitavecchia. After a cruise were picked up and driven to Venice.After several days we had to leave and our driver took us back to Rome Airport. Nothing was a problem for him and he was the most pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable person. His vehicle was fairly new and comfortable.We all enjoyed every trip we had with him and we saw a lot of Italy.We would do it all over again in a flash.

I was very pleased with the service provided and the very reasonable rate to take our family of seven from the airport to our hotel near the Vatican. The driver met is in the airport just outside of the customs check point., which was very nice.
