We arrived in London after already being contacted by our driver to say he was waiting for us. There was no difficulty in finding him. We were given very clear instructions. The driver was very courteous and helped with our bags and told us how long our journey would take. The car was very comfortable and we arrived stress free at our destination. I have used this company many times now and will continue to use them.

I was looking for a transfer from the London hotel to the Harwich port. I booked last minute and the coach transfer was full. I had to arrange the transfer my own. Everywhere I looked the price was not cheap. I accidentally came across the name of Totally Driven in one of my searches. I gave it a try and found out that the price was a lot cheaper than others. The website was easy to book and gave me the choice of paying cash or credit. It costed me less to pay by credit. However, since it's the first time I use the service and the price seems to be too good to be true, I decided to pay by cash to the driver. I also booked the time to leave earlier, just in case there's no show, I can still have time to ask hotel to book a taxi for us so we wouldn't miss our ship. It turned out that everything turned out well. The driver showed up in advance without me worrying if I had to look for another car last minute. The traffic getting out from the city center was terrible. But since we were early, we weren't worried about it. The trip was a flat fee so they didn't charge us extra. Even after we paid a nice tip to the driver, we still paid a lot less than other companies.

Returning on a flight after a few months away from home, I was received at the airport by your driver. He was courteous, friendly and helpful. Not only did he take good care over my luggage, but on entering the car, before driving off, he offered me some chocolate from a fancy box (delicious) and bottled water. How welcoming is that?And his driving, needless to say, was as careful and safe. His conduct was so impeccable that I have no critical word to say - and it is not always the case! Now I expect all your drivers to be that good!

i used the company service after reading some reviews on Tripadvisor, and I wasn't dissapointed. there were many changes in my reservation due to flight changes, and it was very easy to re-book the reservation. the staff was very attentive and helpful sending me confirming emails to make sure everything is correct. The drivers arrived on time both journeys (arrive and pick-up), the cars were convinient and clean, and the price was more than fare. I was very pleased with the service and I would definitely use Totally Driven services again.

And no matter if you book late - they will have a taxi ready for you. One thing I would like TotallyDriven to look into is to give Customers an option to save their profiles online - with home addresses and payment details so that those who book frequently need not enter the same details every single time.

I used TotallyDriven twice on consecutive days this week since I had to travel to a client location very early in the morning before buses started to ply. The taxi was always bang on time, only early but never late. The drivers were courteous. On the first day, when the driver was unable to locate my pick-up point, I got a call from the company for directions. But by the time I could provide directions, the cabbie had already found his way and reached. So their drivers are very proactive to provide good service. Even the vehicle sent was of excellent quality - on day 1 they sent a mercedes and on day 2 it was another equally plush sedan - very comfortable and classy. Overall, I am very pleased with the TotallyDriven service and will definitely recommend to all my friends and relatives and rely on their service everytime I need to book a taxi without any second thoughts. They also offer the best rates!

This is the seccond time I book with this company. From the four journeys we had they have been always on time, cars were clean and the drivers very helpful and kind. On the seccon trip the flight was two hours late, I called to let them know and there was no problem. Very recomenadable, and one of the cheapest prices fronm internet.
