No real complaints regarding the drivers/ vehicles etc but the driver was slightly late on the return collection, I rang Suntransfers and they told me that the driver had been at the collection point and we weren't there. I pointed out that we were there 10 minutes prior to the collection time, the rep was very short with me on the phone and said that they rang the hotel and were told that we weren't there....
Then we saw the driver pull up and he apologised for being late....
