Used this company to transfer from Tenerife south airport to Pueblo Torviscus apartments,
unknown to me at the time the shuttle bus will not drop off or pickup at the entrance inspite being stated on the transfer coupon.
My disabled wife is unable to walk any distance and being dropped off 11pm at the top of a hill 400m from the entrance caused severe distress.
No way could she get back to be picked up.
I requested an alternative return transfer to no avail.
This company has Customer NOcare policy, it cost me the shuttle charge and 30€ for a taxi.
Dont use this company if you want a trouble free service.
