I needed to get from Heraklion Airport in Crete to the resort of Bali.

Car hire was an option but at approx. £200GBP for the week it's an expensive option when it's going to sit around for most of the week. Taxi worked out at around euro 60 each way, so not cheap either.

Imagine my suprise when I found Resort Taxis.

They offered a RETURN TRIP for 2 for £33 GBP.

I was just a bit sceptical especially when they said no problem to our arrival at 04:15 on 6th September 2011.

However, they were there when we emerged and we left ( with other holiday makers) on a mini bus within 15 minutes. Amazing.

On the way back, a coach arrived within 15 mins of the arranged time.

I wish I had found them sooner .... they are amazing.
