My flight landed on time but the border control queue was very long so I came out later than planned. The driver refused to drive until I paid more despite me saying my son had chickenpox and we had him booked to see the GP within the next hour. He showed no sympathy and when he put me through to the company, they were equally inflexible, curt, pretty much inhuman. The driver finally departed upon my paying another 30% on top of the agreed fee but his mannerism was horrific throughout the journey. He actually turned 360 degrees in his seat to give me evil stares! Horrified. Never ever use this company. Worst service ever. Money grabbing robots.
