I have experienced a good quality and ontime service from Istanbul airport taxi company and will use the same service on my next visit. Will recommend to others.

For our first visit in Istanbul ver y helpful. excellent organisation and absolutely reliable. We can really recommend!

Easy to find at the airport, and the fact that the team confirmed over e-mail all the travel details really made me comfortable using this service.

I have used this car service 2 times (airport - hotel and back) and my only complain would be about the fact that the drivers do not speak English or any other international language at all (except Turkish). Was a bit hard to understand each other but in the end there was no problem.

Overall the service was excellent and I would definitely use this again the next time I travel there.

I used them for both ways transfer from airport t taksim (eur30). The driver was waiting to receive us and prompty boarded us in the waiting Mercedes Van. Very comfortable and good for 4 pax with 4 large suitcase.

On the return the driver was on time and courteous. Overall great service.

I Just wish the driver could drive a little slowly. The speed made us a little nervous, but Istanbul traffic is also quite crazy!!

Identification outside of customs was good. The organizers and drivers were courteous and prompt. A great way to start the visit.

We had two rides. The drivers were very kind men. They both drove very safely. They were in place in time. The price of the rides is reasonable.

We would call you again if we need transport within Istanbul again. It is easy and cheap.

I have no points to improve, everything was fine.

In general i was happy having choosen Istanbul Airport Express. However the following small items could be improved:

1. To prevent any missunderstandings coused by two different web-sites

(Istanbul Airport Express, Istanbul Airport Taxi) for the same company they should be reduced to only one.

2. Due to the many of waiting people at the arrival lounge at the Istanbul Atatürk airport and only one board with the names of differnet customers (including my name) on it made it difficult to find out your driver respective the person which mangaged the pick-up of all of your customers at the same time. It would be very helpful to show a board for every order and with big letters!

3. According to your confirmation i had to pay for each private transfer total 30 Euros. In this content it would be helpfull if also your driver would know this. In our case the driver, which transferred us to the Hotel, first charged 40 € and I had to tell him that your company has confirmed the 30 €. For sure this wasn't on purpose but it don't leave a good impression.

I booked this service online and really I am very glad from the service they offered.

I came out of airport and saw my name on board already at the exit area.

Professional and hospitable staff, new and clean cars, you will find so welcoming.

I strongly recommend this service to everyone. Just book and sit relax.
