Reliable, fast:, good quality: Istanbul Airport Express

In general i was happy having choosen Istanbul Airport Express. However the following small items could be improved:

1. To prevent any missunderstandings coused by two different web-sites
(Istanbul Airport Express, Istanbul Airport Taxi) for the same company they should be reduced to only one.

2. Due to the many of waiting people at the arrival lounge at the Istanbul Atatürk airport and only one board with the names of differnet customers (including my name) on it made it difficult to find out your driver respective the person which mangaged the pick-up of all of your customers at the same time. It would be very helpful to show a board for every order and with big letters!

3. According to your confirmation i had to pay for each private transfer total 30 Euros. In this content it would be helpfull if also your driver would know this. In our case the driver, which transferred us to the Hotel, first charged 40 € and I had to tell him that your company has confirmed the 30 €. For sure this wasn't on purpose but it don't leave a good impression.
