Refusing refund for cancelled flight due to Covid-19!
I am disgusted with the behaviour of Hoppa during this pandemic! I have used them many times before but never again! When booking I was told if I cancelled with over 60 days notice then I would get a 90% refund. However, I have now contacted Hoppa through their online “talk to us” 3 times with no response! Their website offers a Credit note but I want a refund on my card. My flights have been cancelled by Ryanair who have offered a refund, my apartment through has already given me a refund but Hoppa only offer a credit note which I do not want as I will be unable to use before June next year. Hoppa then ignores all emails and messages! Do the right thing Hoppa or you will loose so many customers! I for one are very disappointed in your customer service and would like to be contacted please?
