Returned from Gran Canaria. Booked return speedy shuttle with Hoppa from the airport to Puerto de Mogan. Journey from the airport was 10 stops and not the 4 I had booked. It took just under 2 hours. I raised a complaint and they gave come back with totally false information. What I have been given indicates there were only 13 passengers on the coach and that it stopped 4 times before my drop off. This is totally untrue!
The return journey was scheduled for 06.50 and we had to be re ady 15 minutes before to get to the airport what should be less than an hour away for an 11.30am flight! Caught the local bus at 8.15 and arrived at the airport about 9.30. Won't be using Hoppa again!

Hi my booking reference is D1285192. I have already raised a complaint. The ticket ID for that is 1180831.
