VERY GOOD SERVICE

I was very pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of the people I dealt with when I was picked up from Heraklion Airport and then picked up from Marni Village Koutoulofari on my way back home.

I admit that the vehicle that picked me up from MARNI vILLAGE WAS very small and completely full and wasn't very comfortable as we were all squashed in. The seats were too small. I am a small female so anyone else male or female who were taller/wider would have had an even more uncomfortable journey back to the airport.

I was stuffed in right at the back corner window trying to breathe in so my fellow passengers were able to breathe a bit. Not a good journey back. Needs a bigger coach. I thought the price was very competitive and very good compared to other companies. We had a large coach going out with very few people on and a small mini bus coming back home full to capacity - doesn't make sense!! I cant really fill in the lower part of the survey because we had a different vehicle each way.
