It's my first time to use the service from Holiday Taxis. I reserved the transfer from the CPT airport to the CBD.
Before my pickup days, I received the sms regarding my final confirmation along with time and location, as well as my flight number. On the pickup day, due to delay, I was somehow afraid of the driver; however, when I existed from the gate in the airport, I saw my driver holding my name and he was also very nice to chat with me, which let me relieve a lot. On my departure day from Cape Town to the airport, the same driver showed up and this surprised me! All in all, the great service and safety are both my first impressions. I will use the service again in the future.
