We booked Heathrow2Gatwick.co.uk to get us from Gatwick to Heathrow. Our flight into Gatwick was delayed but we ran from the plan, through arrivals and exited 20 minutes after the time we were due. No worries we thought, the person from Heathrow2Gatwick.co.uk would be standing there waiting for us to get us to Heathrow for our next flight. Wrong. No FREE Meet & Greet Service for us. The driver was not waiting with a sign inside the terminal

Heathrow2Gatwick.co.uk claim they have SPECIALIST Knowledge - and their drivers have in-depth knowledge of this specific route, the traffic patterns and alternative routes if and when required. However, our driver was stuck in traffic getting to Gatwick.

We struggled with our luggage to meet the driver outside of the terminal. So much for the claim of - No need to struggle with your luggage - we provide a truly 'door-to-door' service. Not from our experience.

2 hours after our scheduled pick up time the car arrives. Before getting in the car I had checked the local traffic conditions on my phone. I had to tell the driver to take an alternative route to avoid heavy traffic.

After our flight arrived an hour and a half late and at a different terminal than expected we were relieved to receive a text from our driver to say that he was waiting for us. He had obviously checked the status of the flight and taken the appropriate action. He was extremely helpful and a very safe driver. He also gave us useful advice on how to avoid the rush hour traffic on our journey home. The journey was good value and we will have no hesitation in using this company again and are happy to recommend it unreservedly.

We used Heathrow2Gatwick Taxi Service both from Heathrow to Gatwick and on our return. The drivers for both journeys were there on our arrival at both airports even though the inbound flight from Orlando was 40 minutes delayed and I had no way of contacting them due to not being able to use my phone. As we were delayed and had a connecting flight from Heathrow to Newcastle our driver did his utmost to try and get us to Heathrow on time. This is a really good service and would recommend it to anyone.

From the first phone call, through to the confirmation e-mail and the pick-up instructions, we found them to be friendly, co-operative and extremely efficient. Our driver met us at the pre-arranged spot with our name clearly displayed. We found him to be quietly friendly, courteous and a safe and careful driver. On our return it was a pleasure to find the same driver waiting for us --- a friendly face and a welcome after a long day's travelling. We highly recommend this company and should the need arise we would have no hesitation in using their services again.

What do you want from an airport transfer?

A company who do what they say they will, turn up on time with a decent quality well maintained vehicle, help you with luggage and then ferry you from A to B with minimum of fuss.

Heathrow 2 Gatwick did all this on my recent trip in both directions and therefore I'd have no hesitation in recommending them and would use again in a second.
