EZclick failed to send the confirmation email with travel voucher and I had to request this before travelling. They also changed the pickup time for the return airport run from 8.40am to 9.40am leaving us wondering where our transport was and necessitating a phone call to query it. That said, both drivers were very friendly and courteous but I would probably not use this company again… Read Full Review

The confirmation voucher might have gone to the SPAM account, which is foreseen and recommended in our FAQ's. The return pickup time was confirmed on arrival with driver for 09.40 and relayed back to the office as such, nevertheless, once detected with the fone call a vehicle was quickly send with no delay.

I think we will need to agree to differ on this. I check SPAM daily and did not see the voucher there. We have no recollection of a conversation with the driver regarding the change of pickup time from that printed on the voucher and would not have agreed to the new time. If Ezclick thought there was a verbal change to the original pickup time on the travel voucher I suggest that they should have confirmed this with me by email.
