LACK of Service! We booked, via Expedia, City Transfers UK to be picked out of London. Upon her arrival to Heathrow airport earlier today, my wife didn't find any City Transfers UK representative with a a sign "City Transfer UK" as stated in the Expedia reservation confirmation. When she called City Transfers UK, she was advised that there is no reservation for her!!!!! and what is even worse is that she was not offered any alternative not even an apology! It is very disappointing and unprofessional. My wife had arranged another transportation via the Tourist office at the airport, who told us that it is well-known that City Transfers UK is not reliable.....! so NEVER BOOK with them

After a 20 hour flight, City Transfers UK failed to pick us up from the airport despite the fact that we had pre-booked and paid.

When we phoned them, they rudely refused to come and get us and then hung up.

As they were also pre-booked for our return journey, I tried to call to confirm our hotel pickup but their phone message refers to a non existent web site and if you try to talk to a consultant, they just hang up. (They did this to me three times).

Arrived from NY, our departure was delayed so we arrived late. Then massive queue in passport control. Collects bag and exited expecting our pick up. Nowhere to be found, quick phone call, was informed they waited 90 minutes as contracted and then left, completed the job as a no show. The manager states he would send another car would be about 45 minutes and required a further $80. Stated he was licenced with TFL. I was under the impression these services were not meant to strand you. Surely common sense from the driver after seeing the delay and the number of others drivers hanging around would have alerted him to something was wrong.

Would not recommend them to anybody

If you value your money DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company. They make you prepay and then never come to pick you up, I called them 15 times and was promised a driver was on the way or their representative hung up on me. So

after waiting 3 hours and a driver never showing up, we had to pay for alternate transportation. We spoke to several other groups who had also been waiting to be picked up. These people are rip off artists

I ordered in advance a transfer from Stansted Airport to hotel in London centre for 1st Jan and go back on 4th Jan

The drivers arrived always in advance. They were professional and kind.

Safe transfers. And price 50% less than I paid last time with taxy.
