Not A Reliable Company!
Sent me the confirmation email almost a week AFTER I had already arrived at my destination, which made me unaware of pick up time. They left me at the airport and I had to take a taxi. Impossible to get a refund. Don't book with them!

My credit card was charged, I never received the email confirmation (of the reservation), they did not pick me up at all (and I had a plane to catch). Several months have past and they still ignore my requests for a refund neither did they reply to any of my enquiries.
Please avoid this company, they are just rubbish!!!!!

Might have been good in 2012, now completely unreliable. Refuse to refund a fee unduly charged to me (the taxi simply never showed up!!!) how reliable is that?
