I have used this company so many times and in the early days they were brilliant.....always early and the drivers knew where they were going. Unfortunately now as they have grown they are using drivers with little or no experience at all.....some of these drivers cant follow a simple sat nav. My last use of this company they arrived 35 minutes late for a pick up to the airport for clients......I even had to talk the driver into the pick up point as I could see him in the wrong place from the high block I was in. This meant that my clients barely had time to check in and get on their plane which is inexcusable for a company promoting being the best airport transfer company.
On another occasion they couldnt be bothered to wait at the airport as my clients had lost their baggage even though I assured him he would be paid waiting time. he left them there and then BA transfer charged me the waiting time for the driver that left or they wouldnt send someone else. !! My clients then waited another 30 minutes for someone else to come. Such a shame but a common problem with any company growing faster than it can cope.
