I have used used this company in Krakow and Wroclaw during the Euro 2012. Service was excellent their drivers were always on time, spoke English, very helpful they use only modern mercedes minivans. Price was also competitive. Would clearly recommend and use again this company.

We booked BeKrakow for our return airport transfer after reading good reviews on reviewcentre.com and tripadvisor.com

Their minivan vehicles were comfortable and spotless, their drivers polite and well-groomed. They turned up on time, and at 80 zlotys each way, were significantly cheaper than other companies offering a comparable service. We didn't take their tours to Auschwitz or the salt mines, but would certainly do so next time, or simply hire one of their knowledgeable drivers for a day to explore the countryside around Krakow. They spoke very good english.

We have booked private transport from the airport in Krakow to the Hotel in Zakopane it was all very professionally arranged. There were 4 of us - all with big cases and we had 7 seater. Lukas our driver picked us up was already waiting for us with our name on display, helpped us with cases. He kept us updated all the time when there were any troubles on the road and when there was possibility of alternative routes that would take us around any traffic we were kept informed. On our way back driver arrived in the same car allowing plenty of time to pack our cases. We were dropped off to the airport with plenty of time before our flight which allowed us to check in and have something to eat before setting off home. When it came to paying we didnt have to pay any money upfront while booking. I would definitely recommend the Bekrakow agency and I would not hesitate to book with them again. They are very professional and friendly company and everything can be arranged via e-mail. They also offer other services and it is all displayed on their web page.

I would definitely try them if i were going back to Zakopane.

We arrived in Krakow and where picked up by a company called BeKrakow.com they were very effient and attentive, they dropped us at our hotel. We used Bekrakow.com for the whole day on our visit to Auchwitz and the Salt Mines, they stayed with us all day and took us from one attractive to the other, then dropped us back in the city on our return.

Very nice experience with this agency. Not only they waited for our deleyed flight (late at night!) but also helped us to get directly to the hotel and also directed us to a small shop on the way (as this late at night everything was closed and we were really hungry). We got their phone number and there was no problem to organise trips aroudn Cracow (Aushwitz). Really amazing staff, speaking fluently in English and being helpful!

Travelling in a group of 8 we booked Bekrakow.com to get us from the airport to our hotels. Booking went smoothly even though we were going to two different hotels. Mini bus was new and clean. As a result of our talk to Lukas (our driver) we also booked him for trips to Auschwitz and the salt mines. Lukas was an excellent driver and host. He turned up on time, was very friendly, stayed at the destinations until we were done and gave us some good tips on where to eat and drink. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

My wife and i went to Krakow a few months back now. We booked our airport transfers with BeKrakow . This company had been recommended to me by a work mate. Lukas the mini bus driver picked us up at the airport no probs at all. The mini bus must be the most comfortable mini bus i have ever been in. On the way to our hotel Lukas gave us plenty of tips on where to eat and drink, places to visit and at what time of day to visit them, driver also gave us a local map and marked off places of interest. On the way to our hotel Lukas told us a lot of history about Krackow and the local area. The day we where due to return to the airport driver again turned up dead on time and the return run to the airport was again very plesent. I was so pleased with this company and also Krakow, that i have booked to take 8 work mates to Krakow and use BeKrakow again. Great company that i would recommend to anybody to use. Cheers

I booked with bekrakow.com based on reviewcenter Reviews. Lukas and michael were simply great ! I searched forever trying to find to best way to get to the Concentration camps in our limited time. We were only there for one night because we only came to see the camps. The service bekrakow.com offered was perfect ! I booked Airport transfers and I went ahead a booked the Salt Mine as well because we had time since we weren't subject to waiting around for public transportation. Lukas picked us up from the airport and took us to our hotel. The next morning Michael came to pick us up from the hotel so we got to Auschwitz before the crowds so I was able to take lots of tourist free pictures which was a hugh plus ! The guys even booked us a private tour at the last minute. As soon as we were done we Michael was waiting to take us over to the second camp Birkenau. We took our time walking around with our guide and then he took us over to the Salt Mine which is a nice mood changer after the camps. Before the Salt Mine Michael took us to a great restaurant. He took us inside and spoke Polish with the people to make sure were settled and made some great recommendations. Then he took us to the mine and waited for us again. Afterwards he took us straight to the airport. Where else can you get service like this ? It was absolutely perfect because we were able to get around on our time without wasting time. We did that with local guys who know the ends, outs and good eats. In my opinion you need this type of service here because the sites are remote. We were not subject to train or bus schedules or crowds plus we were able to go straight to the airport with our luggage to catch an 8pm flight out and we were on the to next city.

Both Lukas and Michael are such nice guys. They pointed out things to us as we drove along. The thing that I most appreciate is their prices. They don't hike up their prices just because other their customers currencies are often higher compared to the Polish Zloty. The service they provide is efficient, convenient, friendly and affordable. It was like being picked up and taken around town by friends. I wish I had a Michael and Lukas in every city we traveled to. I love to support businesses where people really go the extra mile to provide good customer service. This is a small business and these guys deserve a pat on the back for the job they are doing.
