We used the service for the long drive out to Nakhon Sawan (approx 3 hours). Our flight arrived late in evening and we were very tired, the driver was waiting at the agreed meeting point. He was friendly and very helpful. When we booked with them online we asked for a safe carefully driver when we booked as we would arrive late at night and they provided one!

Nice new car and clean, we had no issues at all. I will definitely use this service again when travelling to Thailand.

Booked service to pick up from Suvarnabhumi Airport, waited 20 minutes with no arrival. Had to call customer service in the middle of the night who said car would be there within 20 minutes - arrived 35 minutes later. Waste of money, finally got to hotel at 3am after waiting nearly an hour for driver who didn't speak English but had my name on a mobile phone which was the only communication the whole way.

Company sent an email asking for review, which I gave an honest account of the situation but surprisingly this review isn't posted on their website - only positive ones. Would not recommend and won't be using this business for future transfers.

Overall excellent.

We booked the service both from BKK airport and Phuket airport . When we arrived BKK airport, it took us so long to get our luggage and the arrival hall was very busy, luckily the driver was still wating for us and it didn't take us long to find him, he was waiting for us and carrying the sign with my name on. The driver couldn't speak much of English but the journey was nice and smooth. In Phuket airport, it was a bit different. There were some other taxi drivers tried to push us to use their service before we found our driver, he was waiting outside the arrival hall. It was quite confusing for us as we had no ideas that he would wait outside but he later explained to us that they were only allowed to wait customer outside the hall. The car was nice and comfy, the driver was very polite and helpful. Definitely we will use the service again when we travel to beautiful Thailand next year.

When we arrived at BKK airport there was no taxi. We had to call customer service. After that call there was a taxi in 15 minutes. The car wich was driven by the taxi driver was a very poor old Volvo and smelled like a box of sigarettes. The trip to our hotel was verry quick and problem free.

Our vacation was great. We had to change our pick up time for the return flight. I send an email to customer service and in a couple of hours there was an awnser. (Very quick)

The car who was picking us op right on time was almost an oldtimer... A few times the engin stopped, and the transmission did not work properly. The drive to the airport was quick, but the driver did not drop us off at the right terminal entrance. They knew wich airline we were traveling with.

So over all the service of costumer service is good. The cars wich are used and the drivers are from poor quality. For the same money we could used the taxi service off our hotel, wich uses luxury new cars.

Don't think we use this service again.

First for the quality and the low cost! then for the courtesy of the drivers, very professional and absolutely on time.

I would definitely recommend to my friends.
