Booked a taxi from Manchester airport -Stoke on Trent, return trip, Christmas, 2012. Very efficient service. From communications with Paul who quoted me for the journey, to the drivers, who were punctual and friendly. As a temporary expat, I normally hire cars from the airport and drive into Stoke but after a bad experience with car hire, I decided to give the taxi firm a go.... The prices were extremely competitive. We (my husband and I plus 2 children) were met at arrivals by the driver who accompanied us to the car park and the awaiting taxi. The return driver was outside my house bang on the dot -4.30am!! Helped us load the suitcases into the car, asked us if we were comfortable, too hot, too cold etc. It really did make our journey that little bit more pleasant:) Will definitely be using again and recommending to friends.
