“Absolutely terrible ”

Absolutely disgusting service I will never be using them again - sure parking. A man was extremely rude over the phone shouting we said we was collecting our baggage we couldn't help the slight delay we would be there in 5 minutes. The man was so Rude! My partner asked the man for his supervisors number or contact details for complaints he refused to give the details he was interrupting and getting hot headed to the point he turned round and said I quote " go away " for a service and not a cheap one I might add absolutely disgusting if there was a 0 or a minus I would have chosen. I will be taking this further and finding the complaint details what ever you do don't book with the company terrible, terrible, terrible. I am also not the person to ever complains or writes trip advisors however, I am so shocked with the utterly terrible service and lack of respect we was shown. Disgusting! Unfortunately I didn't get the man's name I wish I had I would of shamed him and his behaviour

“ILLEGAL FRAUDLENT CAR KEYS MANIPULATION”

I used Sure Parking between 05/10/18 and 21/10/2018 at the Gatwick and I rate them one star because I can`t give zero. Straight from the beginning the experience was bad. Upon arrival I was delayed half an hour because the arrival instriction in the confirmation email did not match the on-line website where are two other different instructions. I called the non-stop number prior arrival and someone with strong indian accent tried to speak English. I could barely understand his accent. I nearly lost the flight because the arrival instructions directed me to a different parking house! Upon return I received a text message that my car is broken and they will drive me to the car park. I was very surprised. I have 2001 model Golf but it is mechanically safe. It never broke like this. They did not notify me earlier. That would be too much to expect. I checked the car and noticed immobilizer failure therefor, it was not starting. I called my insurance and arranged RAC rescue. They inspected the car and noticed that someone intenionally removed immobilizer chip from my car key!!! I called a specialist who managed to get me going but I lost half a day standing on a cold parking and now I have a car with no security as someone from Sure Parking has my immobilizer chip and probably also made a copy of my car key. I treid to contact the company. No one ever called back, no one ever answered to my complain. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID This is fraudlent car park!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. DO SO AT YOUR PERIL. Don't be hoodwinked by any good ratings people. Despite being a Gatwick approved car park operator I can honestly say this company has absolutely no regard for your property. On return I found damage to my front wing, damage that without doubt would have been known about when it occurred. No effort was made to notify me of the damage when the car was presented, I had to find it for myself when doing a check. Worse still, having followed their complaints procedure, like many others on here, the extent of their response following 4 weeks of chasing has been non-existent. Next step is trading standards, Gatwick airport and onward from there. I honestly don't know how organisations like this actually continue operating. Accidents happen, but when no attempt whatsoever is made to rectify the problem, it is completely unacceptable. Would be good to hear of any success stories people have of getting a resolution.......and also any ways we can expose this organisation I would also encourage anybody on here to take a quick look at companies house and disassociate themselves from any linked business...a complete disregard for property

“DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! ”

I can't give zero stars!!! ****AVOID THIS COMPANY*** I have used this company twice. The first time they damaged my vehicle. After constant contact they finally settled the damage and arranged free parking for a week. With the reassurances they gave we felt that they would look after us. We video'd my partners car when we got there, a mint Audi and were assured it would be fine. A week later we get back from holiday to a dented front bumper. Despite continual efforts by myself and following their procedures they haven't even had the courtesy to reply. We have Full HD proof of before and after so will take this further ---- you don't need to though - simply do not use them!! ****AVOID THIS COMPANY****

I used this company twice 1st time no problems so used them again, wish i had not, everything was ok until i returned to collect the car on the 1st oct 2016, the front grill badge was missing from the car, i called surepark and they said to contact them later as a manager was not there and that they would look at the photo's taken to see if it was missing when they received the car, after 7 days of phoning i am still no nearer getting anywhere with this company all i get is they cannot do anyting as a manager has to deal with it. i don't think a manager exist. 1st time i used them i guess i was lucky,unfortunately you get what you pay for.

“Meet And Greet Parking”

Very Very bad service this time. We waited for over one hour for our car to be collected. Had our flight not been delayed we would have been back on our way home. Fortunatly, for us a very kind person re-opened the checkin desk for us. On our return we followed the instructions but was again kept waiting for over an hour before our car appeared:. This, despite five telephone calls made, in which we were advised that :our car was on its way. We would not use or recommend this company again

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

Car was handed back to my Dad with obvious damage which he noted on the return form. We raised a complaint the next day. Two months later still no reply and they do not get back to us. Every time I phone I am told a manager will contact me but no one ever does. Do not use if you value your car!!!!

“Just dreadful”

On collection our car was covered in Tree Sap and Bird Droppings such a dreadful state . In all the times we have parked at Gatwick. Not this company, we have had no problems, but Sure Parking NEVER AGAIN and will whole Heartly never recommend I did send am email but no reply yet

“Damaged wheel, refuse to accept it was their fault”

Car returned with a kerbed wheel, which I pointed out immediately and noted on receipt to driver. Immediately contacted head office via email and they replied saying their own photo's showed the damage was already there. Photo they sent was dark, grainy, but still had no evidence of any damage. I replied that was unacceptable, but they have since ignored all my emails and phone calls. Hence this review to warn people....and please beware; I booked through Park & Go and was given a receipt from Sure Parking,  (Park & Go are blameless here, they are just booking agent).

"Absolute Parking Gatwick" which is registered at the same address as Sure Parking. I used their meet & greet service on the 25th May 15. They returned my car on 2nd June 15. 2 days later I noticed that there was runs in the paint on the driver's wing, on closer inspection it was clear the damage was pretty significant. The whole wing had been filled and sprayed (the wrong colour), the bonnet was out of line, the bonnet had been filled and sprayed, the bottom grill had been damaged, the headlight had been glued together, the engine, headlights, and the front grill have got over spray on them. I telephoned them immediately but no one was available to take my call. I emailed Simplyparkandfly.co.uk because that's the website I booked it through. They asked for details of the damage I emailed them the pictures. A local garage to me estimated the repairs to be over £4,000.00. "Absolute Parking Gatwick" are denying any knowledge of the damage or repairs..... Well I did a bit of detective work and contacted the local Mercedes Benz garage to them and low and behold a radiator grill for MY car (they supplied the number plate to purchase the part) had been bought whilst I was out of the country!!! Try explaining that??? It's in the hands of the insurance companies now. I just want people to be aware that when you collect your car, no matter how tired you are...check it...check it again and again, even under the bonnet. It'll take a few minutes but it will be worth it if they are a bunch of bandits like "Absolute Parking Gatwick"

“DO NOT USE!!”

We left our brand new car with Sure Parking in March when we returned it was scratched all down one side. Unfortunately we didn't see this until the next morning (as we arrived back in the early hours the artificial light in the multi-storey car park didn't show it and the drop off guy was in such a hurry he failed to even carry out a professional hand back - if he had perhaps it would have come to light then!) Unfortunately we only discovered the damage later that morning as it was very evident in the natural light. I called the company straight away - they were very blasé and told me to email my complaint and photos in. I have waited over 5 weeks for a response which I received today simply saying it didn't happen when the car was in their care and to contact my insurance company!! Such an appalling response - I have now asked them to provide me with the photos they took when we dropped the car off so I have proof that it wasn't scratched when we handed it over to them. I wish I had read the reviews on here before trusting them with a new car as it appears they damage customers cars all the time and don't take responsibility for it! Awful company - DO NOT USE!!!

We have had the same thing happen, but more than just a scratch they have caused over £4,000 worth of damage! They are denying it but i have evidence that a part for my car was bought at the local Mercedes dealership, which they had to give my registration number to buy it. Let's see if they get out of it now. They also took photos before they took the car, but I bet they won't appear as they will also prove the car wasn't damaged before..

I'm so sorry to hear this - have you managed to sort anything out....?
Four months on and they still have failed to supply my husband and I with the photos and evidence proving that they didn't damage our car when it was in their care.
I have reported them to the CAB and Trading Standards and we are looking at taking them to court. Would be interested to hear how you got on.

We booked Sure Parking Meet & Greet service to make things easy & stress free before & after our holiday. We could not have made a bigger mistake! Along with parking, we paid extra for a full valet of our car, taking our total bill to £120.98 for a weeks stay. When we were met with our car after our holiday, we were shocked at the condition of it. Not only was it still dirty, it had 5 large water mark stains on the ceiling inside the vehicle and the driver's seat was soaked through as were the floors of the car!!! We were advised by the man dropping our car back to us to complain with photos via email, which I did. When I finally got to speak with a member of staff, they were rude & very unapologetic & said my car was too dirty for a valet & they had done the best they could! After being shouted at, the phone was put down on me! After making numerous other phone calls, I was offered a refund of just £70. I wanted a refund of the full amount as in my opinion my car had not been cared for while I was away & my husband had to drive home on a wet seat & all our bags were wet from the floor. I now also need to pay someone to clean my car & try to remove the marks left on the ceiling. Unfortunately the company refused to take my calls & were so aggressive I had to accept their measly refund. So be warned, if you want to come home from holiday & be happy that your car has been well looked after while you were away DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Unfortunately, this review is a shining example of how a vindictive customer can attempt to ruin an extremely reputable company's reputation in one two minute tirade of particularly inaccurate and unreasonable abuse! The truth, as there are always two sides to every story, is as follows: This particular client paid £50.98 for our market leading Valet Parking service ( name me another Company in the meet and greet industry who's car park manager has a Guinness World Record for parking 50 cars safely and accurately in record time) and a further £70 for a full valet. In conversation she reluctantly admitted that she was more than happy with the service she received and that the issue was with the car cleaning she requested. The woman also admitted to me that her Ford Focus was a second home for her dog and was in desperate need of a mega-clean. The main gripe she had was that in an effort to locally clean the headlining of 5 black marks the 'clean' bits then showed a whiter shade of fabric and left the remaining area of nicotine-stained material the original light brown! With hindsight and given more time our valeter would have endeavoured to thoroughly clean the whole area even though this would not normally be part of the process. The damp seats and carpets were a by-product of our attempt at deep-cleansing the filth from this much un-loved vehicle. This car was so revolting that we should never have accepted cleaning it in the first place. Totally our error, admittedly. So, an unhappy client who when we very generously refunded her valet money back in full decided to bribe us with this horrible feedback which she then offered to remove should we refund her parking charges too!! We were not willing to accept her bribe and instead felt the need to set the record straight.
