2 hour wait for car to be returned!!!!

Drop-off was alright we waited approximately 10minutes for the company to meet us and get the car.

The return collection was terrible. The day we were due to return to UK our flight was cancelled I called the company immediately giving ample notice that we were delayed. They charged us £19 as we were now returning a day later. They confirmed the amendments via text and email. When we arrived at the airport for the 0845 collection we called the number provided as they had instructed only to be informed that we'd have to wait 2hours+ because the service provider had not been informed of the change to our collection time and had other jobs booked. We asked to go to where the car was being kept and collect from there as we still had a 2 hour drive home to make after a 36hour journey the last thing we wanted to do was sit in the airport any longer. The service provider stated we could go to the compound however we'd still have to wait up to 2 hours for someone to get our car as other cars are blocking it. The operator stated that all his guys were on other jobs and we'd just have to wait.
We therefore had no choice but to wait in the airport and 2 hours later our car turned up. I was better off getting a train, booking a taxi, parking in the airport itself or using purple parking who are cheaper. Customer service was poor. Not my fault they did not receive my amendments. Their error.
If you use them pray your flight doesn't get cancelled otherwise you'd be waiting 2 hours to get your car back!!!
