Arrived at Toad and service ok, was informed we would be picked up Terminal 3 and give a card which said go to bus stop D. On return duly went to stop D, 25 mins later I called only to be informed we dont pick up from Terminal 3 but go to Terminal 1, told them Im disabled but totally indifferent. What an appalling
service.
