Great staff & check in, slow transfer & waiting on return

Excellent news, my flight back from Edinburgh arrived 15 mins early.
So dash out to parking bay 12 for the Airpark transfer bus but it had left, so waited from 19:53 to 20:14 for the bus to arrive, then further waiting before leaving to return back to the car park.
The actual drop off and collection of the car is excellent and I have no problems with that, it's just the slow connection in particular coming back from the airport.
I've noticed that on some return trips, when you get on the bus, the driver scans the ticket whereas other times, a quick glance.
The check in staff when you're dropping off the car are a real credit and make live so much easier, many thanks.
Directions to the location excellent and see what you mean about the satnav getting lost, but I've used your service for a number of times now on a weekly basis and it's the transfer time / waiting that I find to be a bit of a bind at the end of a long day, with then still having over an hour's drive home.
