Cheap parking but terrible service and rude staff. Very disappointing. No minibus available for 20 mins on arrival resulting in us nearly missing our flight. We were promised collection from inside the airport but instead had to find the driver outside who was very rude told us to "get in" and offered no assistance with our luggage and shouted at me to shut the stiff door properly.

Very misleading voucher. You assume you will get 30% discount off all their parking providers, but this does not apply to official airport parking (we tried Bristol). We only got a 12% discount saving an overall £2.50 ish. Waste of time.

We used the meet and greet service - not too bad when leaving the car apart from no-one around to give you directions where to park. However, on return there was a huge queue to get your key returned and then the car wasn't back so waited again, over half an hour.

Not too much of an issue on the outbound. When coming back had to wait 25 minutes for the car to be delivered.... Nothing express about this service. Also, I wouldn't expect to have to clear out empty packets of crisps and chocolate which were not in the car when I handed it over. Won't be using again, nor reccomend to anyone as service was really rather poor and nowhere comparable to companies like purple parking.

Looking for parking - Barcelona - the old saying 'You pay for what you get' is certainly true in this case and so I paid for cheap parking and got problems. My drop-off and ride to the airport went well but landing back into Barcelona I had to wait nearly an hour for a pick-up with numerous phone calls to the office to see what was happening. Apparently the van had been there but had filled up and left without me which is what nearly happened the second time until I insisted on being (literally) very squeezed in. There was a problem with communication and I had to ask a passer-by to translate for me. When I was overseas I tried numerous times to communicate with the office to inform them of a change in my arrival date and although finally being given an email address it had not been received or acted upon when I finally got to the car park and I had to wait half an hour (after an hour wait for pick-up) to have the car delivered and then washed as it was so filthy. The positive was that the car had not been damaged. Would not use again or recommend.

I used the "Stansted Budget Meet and Greet - Non Flexible" service. I had to call the operator 5 times until they got to the airport for my car, I even had to wait for them at the McDonalds near the airport, and the operator wasn't polite either. They couldn't give me any receipt when they took my car. (So I didn't have any proof that my car was with them.) When I picked up my car, the carpet and the windscreen were dirty. It was stressful.
