I amended a booking through Looking4Parking to arrive back a day earlier. They sent me an email confirmation and confirmed there would be no charge but I would not get a refund for the additional day booked - fine. On return to the airport on a Sunday at 11pm with my 1 year old, the car parking company refused to return my car unless I paid them £20. It was a ransom and I had no choice. They were incredibly aggressive and rude and threatened not to return my car and leave me stranded. I informed Looking4Parking who initially did not respond, but then simply offered a 25% on future bookings. They did not apologies and took zero responsibility. Although Looking4Parking acts as an agent, unless it informs customers of who their contract is with (ie. which car parking company) and what the contract terms are, Looking4Parking is liable. I would never use this company again and warn others against doing so.

“Disgusted absolute joke DONT USE”

Terrible please don't use these , our booking went to purple parking but neither company accept responsibility emails never answered late picking us up 40 mins wait rang when we returned 2am. Wouldn't answer phone sonhad tonget a taxi car park gate open no security and just to top it off bumped car !! Looking 4 parking and purple parking won't respond to Emails avoid them both

“Terrible company - damaged car”

Used this company at stanstead airport. Car came back with no wing mirror and zero petrol, turns out they drive you 20 miles away and no had the curtesy to tell me about either - I went to drive away realised both issues! Customer service is so so bad and a good will they offer 20% off next booking! Never again!

Firstly we booked this and no confirmation page came through. We requested it was resent by telephone and it failed again. As such we had no details of exactly where we were suppose to park. We went to cancel using the website and both the cancellation button did not work nor did the live chat. We called up to cancel and they refused a refund. Absolutely appalling company - they also made us wait on the phone for ages. Really suspicious and will be reporting to watchdog.

“Would not refund or amend booking after their system error”

Made my booking on 13th Dec 2016 for travel on 30th April 2017 had to amend drop off times and when I checked booking the drop off dates had changed to 14th Dec,when I rang them they said the system had jumped my booking but they could not amend my booking or give me a refund as it was no longer a live booking,saying it was my fault,so now had to open a case against them with Paypal to get my money back,have used them in the past with no problem but will not use them again after this,did not answer my E-Mails until I demanded somebody rang me to explain their actions ,

“Absolutely abysmal!”

The man that we encountered was very rude and condescending both on the phone and in person. on arrival he was very sure he was right about our flight times despite being told when we were landing back. Once we landed and got our bags, we rang then man as he told us to ring after passport control, he then said to ring once in the lounge/exit. This seemed unnecessary as it was only a 2 minute walk, anyway we did ring again and he said he would be 5 minutes. We then waited 20 minutes with no apology or explanation, will not be using this service again nor do I recommend it!

I would like to say that Tamika, the girl on the telephone working at Looking 4 Parking was outstanding. She was helpful as I was concerned about dropping my car off at 1 terminal at Manchester Airport but arriving back from my holiday at a different Terminal. She checked which companies could serve me as some stated they were Meet & Greet , where others also stated they were Meet & Greet but covering all terminals. As obvious as it might sound but should you book this but then find you cannot be met at a different terminal it would kind of ruin your holiday. Thank you so much for putting my mind at rest. Its nice to know 'Customer service' can still be found out there. Thank you.

“insensistive”

I wanted to cancel this booking due to my wife being advised not to travel following a ct scan performed the evening before travel. Ryanair, who we booked the whole package with, immediately refunded their part of the booking, but this company, despite numerous request for compassion, refused saying it was too late to cancel. We could not have given more notice than we had ourselves. Given that by cancelling I was hardly giving them a problem using this space, I think a more understanding attitude could have been taken.

“Rip off merchants”

I put the correct dates of my holiday in for car parking at Manchester Airport, however when checking my email I found the dates had been changed and when I called up to query this, I was told it was a £30 admin fee charge to change this!!! I read on here that this happens all the time so I will be getting in touch with trading standards as they also charge £9,50 to cancel it! No apology admitting to anything which I didn't expect but a bit of sympathy may have helped. All I got was "so you want to cancel then" Not a bad little earner, doing nothing and charging people £9.50 for their mistakes.

“Dishonest,suspicious company ”

This company messed with my central lock and main computer of my Audi, they have stolen my original Audi keys and reprogrammed not original ones. I can't even open my car with either of them as car alarm going off!!! I have trusted this company in return I got rubbed!!! This is crime!!!this people should be prosecuted for what they did! STAY AWAY AND NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL ME MESSED ARROUND AS THEY DID TO ME

“Wanted us to pay twice”

Thoroughly recommend this company. They are very professional, well organised and make your experience with them easy to follow. Excellent service and buses from parking area to airport and back are frequent. Bus drivers were very helpful and happy, good start to your holiday.

Appalled by the lack of compassion and customer service after using this site to book ACE meet and greet parking at Birmingham airport. Despite numerous E-mails and phone calls I have had no explanation as to why ACE meet and greet completely search through my vehicle while placed in their trust.... do not use this service !!

“dreadful service”

On arrival at Manchester Airport we waited for the driver with our car. The driver came "racing" up the ramp, my wife spoke to the driver saying "you were going a bit fast weren't you" His reply was that it looks like rain and he wanted to get finished soon!! I contacted Looking4parking by email, after numerous emails over 4 weeks I was informed that the driver had been dismissed and they apologised for his action. So that's it, the driver gets dismissed for abusing my car! and after four weeks waiting for a response I get an apology, I think you will have to try a little harder than that if you want my future custom The car park have emailed me back, however they say they have no further comments to make and consider the matter closed. I am sorry I cannot write more helpfully on this occasion.

“Minimal saving”

Very misleading voucher. You assume you will get 30% discount off all their parking providers, but this does not apply to official airport parking (we tried Bristol). We only got a 12% discount saving an overall £2.50 ish. Waste of time.

“Parking at Stansted Airport”

We used the meet and greet service - not too bad when leaving the car apart from no-one around to give you directions where to park. However, on return there was a huge queue to get your key returned and then the car wasn't back so waited again, over half an hour.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! TAKE YOUR TIME TO READ SO YOUR TRIP IS NOT RUINED!! Firstly add another £9 on to your booking £4.50 to exit the car park for the driver and then for you on return!! My email to the company below. To the manager, With reference to the above on Monday 12th September at around 13.50 my car was kicked by one of your drivers resulting in some damage to the side of my car. The incident occurred when after calling 3 times to have my car returned we had to wait 40 minutes although we believed our car was only a few minutes away (NOT 12 MILES).upon return my wife asked the driver had he got lost because of the lengthy wait, his response was very aggressive and intimidating towards my wife and our children saying its not my effing fault there is road works" I immediately confronted the driver as I feared for my wife's safety. he then became aggressive and rude towards me so I called him a effing idiot and asked for my keys which he refused to give. After a minute or so he returned my keys but said" find your own effing way out cause your not having your effing ticket" I told him I would call the police and he eventually gave the ticket to my son. After I had paid for the ticket he walked towards the front of my car as if trying to prevent me from pulling away and said" I'll find out where you live " and offered to fight me outside the car park. I responded by calling him an idiot once again. As I pulled away he stepped aside and kicked my car as I drove past still shouting abuse. I did not bother stopping at this point as I believe things could have escalated. Once at home I checked my car and enclose the picture that shows the fresh damage to my car. I hope this matter can be dealt with professionally and prompt to avoid any further action. I'm sure CCTV footage from Stansted airport can clarify the above events.

“Rubbish Company ”

We flew out on 7th September and we were getting quite panicked as although we phoned ahead we were waiting at the drop off for a very, very long time. Eventually someone arrived, but no 'sorry for being so long, just "we are very busy" I actually phoned twice as we thought we'd been forgotten, and we'd begun to think we'd have to dump the car! Our return experience on 13th September was abysmal. I had given you the correct arrival time and date. When we had passed through airport we 'phoned as usual and waited 21 minutes for someone to answer the call. The queue was obviously massive. NOT GOOD Eventually I spoke to someone who said they hadn't brought our car as there was no flight that day OK my mistake, but it isn't rocket science a quick txt pointing out I had made an error would have been good customer service, and I would have correct the info I was told my option was wait 2 HOURS (you are kidding me!!), or CATCH THE BUS. It was extremely difficult then to get an explanation of what bus, from where, to where, and when. NOT GOOD ENOUGH AT ALL By this time some 45 minutes had gone by, and I was cold and it was raining. In this time I could have walked to a normal car park and been well on my way home. Your driver was excellent. Calmed me down, put us in the front and said he'd make sure it got sorted out. Some 15 minutes later we arrive at your parking and the car in fairness is delivered promptly. At this point I overheard a conversation from you that lots of people hadn't phoned in to collect their cars may I suggest this is because they are still in the phone queue trying to speak to someone and probably as cross as me! On the dashboard of our car was a note stating the correct date and time for our return.....so why the problem? Why wouldn't you bring my car? Needless to say I will never ever use you again. Every time we travel, several times a year, we use meet and greet and have never had an issue before, it has always been brilliant We had never used you before, and certainly will never again. Very disappointing. Poor service. For the money I paid I feel really let down and disappointed. It added over an hour to our journey home and spoilt the end of our holiday

I'm so worried as my mum booked my car into this company this March 2017. After reading so many bad reviews in actually worried for myself using them. My mum says well its booked now but that ain't helping my anxiety. She's booked me in at Stanstead. Should I be worried?

Hi I used Looking4parking for ages for Bristol Chauffeur Services and they were great until they changed one of their suppliers - you cannot blame looking for parking but the 3rd party companies they use. If they had the company I use in Bristol on their books I would still use them. Fair to them they gave me a free parking but it was still a terrible firm.
