MBW Meet & Greet

I've just returned from a short trip abroad and have to commend MBW Meet and Greet.. they were absolutely brilliant. I looked at review sites and asked around beforehand and MBW were always mentioned highly, plus they've got an award on GoSimply.com with 93%+ positive reviews, which of course is excellent and is a great way to see how good they may be.

The key for me was that when I called them with a few questions prior to booking, the lady passed me through to one of the managers and he explained that they have 24 hour security, full insurance (not convinced that other companies do - some I called said I had to use my own insurance if something went wrong?! and said my car can have up to 50miles on the clock at busy times!!). MBW are also Park Mark (Police) awarded and are less than 1.5 miles from Terminal 4. The manager was very helpful, when I spoke about one of the competitors who my colleague has had bad experiences with, he didn't add to it, he just said he can't comment on other businesses and didn't even try to push me to book, or pay there and then! I was given time to digest and to think and when I eventually booked, the price was very reasonable, the instructions were brilliant and easy to follow and the service was fantastic.

The car was washed and that was very reasonably priced too. Can't say that I've taken the time to write many reviews, but MBW have taken customer service to another level.

Off Airport parking can make you nervous, you hear lots of horror stories (and read them as in this thread!) but I'll be getting my company in touch with MBW to use them regularly and will happily refer them to friends and family. Well done MBW, keep up the good work!
