Used this company for our holidays parking, shame I hadnt see all these reviews beforehand. The drop off and collecting experience which most reviews describe echo our experience. The car park was named UB coperation, have since found out the guy who runs it is French. The guy driving us looked scruffy, answering phone calls on mobile whilst driving over the speed limit. Doing long shifts with no allocated breaks ( have chatted to the drivers). The van was scruffy and dirty. We gathered that other people had similar poor experience just by listening to these phonecalls.
I am looking at reporting this company to the ombusman I think they maybe interested.
