For starters the address for their Heathrow car park does not exist, so they will tell you to go to the drop off lane where you pay £5 every time you stop there. They tell you to wait there for one of their attendants to come and collect your car. Airport parking wardens keeps moving you on and each time you drive off and come back you pay another £5.

Upon return I called them but waited an hour before they brought back my car and then I had to pay another £5 for parking.

Staff extremely rude on the phone, the male on the phone actually said to me, be a good boy and wait.

This is the most useless company I have ever dealt with
