“worst parking experience ever”

Booking process ok but on arrival called 30 mins before as requested and could only get through to answer machine , left message to give arrival time but when arrived at terminal 3 heathrow no one in sight to collect car, took 4 further phone calls before some one eventually arrived by which time we had incurred a £7.50 parking ticket. Worse was to come on our return, when we called after collecting our luggage it took a further 1 hr, 5 mins and several phone calls before our car was returned,we have used other meet and greet companies in the past and our car has been waiting for us as we left the terminal. what is the point in paying extra for meet and greet if you wait more than an hour for your car, we would have got home quicker using the long stay carpark and it would have been cheaper ! they blamed traffic but traffic is always busy around heathrow so they need to be allowing for that to provide this service, how far away do they keep the cars ???would never use Ezybook again!
