Not a happy customer

Terrible experience all round for us using this site. Was told on arrival at Manchester that the Company hadnt paid M60 and they wanted a further £70 to collect our car for meet and greet service. We then phoned Manchester parking and they picked up the car. We were told they had dropped the M60 Company. I was very worried as it all happened so fast that I wouldnt get my car back at the end of my holiday. On returning to Manchester we called the given number to alert our arrival to be told they would be with us in 20 minutes. 1 hour later after a few high rate phone calls we got the car back. The chauffeur phone line kept saying 'he will be with you in five minutes' The only positive was the car had been washed after being parked in a muddy field.
We were very dissapointed that I wasnt notified by email prior to the holiday that M60 Company had been dropped. The poor people who also used this Company would have panicked and paid the extra £70 for collection on arrival at the Airport.
Not a good experience. One that I wont be repeating again.
