Don't use this company or if you do book make sure you get a copy, or take a photo, of the signed diagram of any damage on the car? our car was returned with a nasty dent and the wing mirror damaged. My husband and the driver had checked the car on arrival and my husband had signed with the diagram of the car showing no damage. On return someone had added damage to the diagram, stupidly for them they had added it on the right side of the car when in fact the damage was on the left. So now we are trying to get them to admit responsibility, not easy as they won't talk to us they tell us to email. We had already decided not to use them again as they were very slow to both pick the car up and bring it back. After a tiring flight one doesn't want to stand about for half an hour waiting. The only plus side was the car was beautifully washed dent and all.

Not sure how this review got under Devyn's name as it is in fact mine! I'm still fighting this as it's impossible to get them to admit responsibility and yet it so obviously is their fault.
