“Shocking service”

On the outbound flight it took 3 hours 10 minutes to get a drink on a flight from Gatwick to goa and now our return flight has been delayed 55 minutes so far waiting for missing passengers - what a joke - why should we all be kept waiting so long for disorganised people?
