“Appalling company”

This is the most user unfriendly company I`ve ever had the misfortune to use. Firstly, our flight times were changed without even the courtesy of an email to notify us. The times we have now are actually cheaper than the ones we paid for but we`ve not been offered any refund.
Now, to add insult to injury, they have changed the aircraft and we have been told that the seats we had already pre-booked and paid for, now have to be booked again with the new airline. It`s an impossible task to do as the website is rubbish and you can`t get to an advisor on the phone.
Don`t waste your time or money with this company. Never mind `Fly with Thomas Cook`, fly as far as possible away from them. Your chances of getting exactly what you booked and paid for are slight.
We have never used Thomas Cook before and will never, ever use them again; and that goes for our wide circle of family and friends.
