June 12, 2014, Flew from LAX to CHP on WORST transatlantic flight!! Paid extra $89 dollars to select seats for us and our two small children. First, I chose Norwegian because they touted their new Dreamliner aircraft and all its amenities. When we arrived at the airport they had changed our seats because they contracted a Portuguese outfit for the flight. We had to argue with them to make it right and were not able to sit together. Why charge us $89 dollars? The airplane and FA service was a POS the attendants came around once and gave us our drinks in two ounce cups, really!!

Leaving CPH tomorrow and just found out we are flying back in the same crappy Portuguese plane, and our seats have changed once again. I would much rather pay a few hundred dollars more and fly with a fist class outfit than this low class airline. Fligher be ware, do not fly on this airline!!!
