I have tried twice to phone the Uk branch of Norwegian air and already I am regretting booking flights with them.
First I phoned them at 4.45pm on a Friday evening. Straight away I was told the office is now closed and I should phone a Norwegian office.. I tried again at 11am on Monday and held on for over 20 minutes unanswered. I was then cut off so never got to speak with a anybody about my question which wasn't answered on their Q and A page

Why isn't there an email address where you can contact customer services like all other

Not good enough Norwegian Air.
