Over the past 5years or so I have used Canadian Affair/Air Transat, have always looked on the website to look for seat availability before phoning to book my trip. What has happened now you have to do a dummy booking including, email address, mobile number, home address and number before you can see seat availability. Then guess what, most times you cant get past personnel information page .When you ask for help it comes up oops we have a problem. Please sort I have emailed to say unable to process but get told there isn't a problem but as previous review has also mentioned the web site is terrible, can u sort.
