Do not get involved with the staff in their Customer Care department, because they are argumentative, talk through you, deny what they have told you and are down right rude!!!! Avoid at all costs, as if something goes wrong, they don't want to know and treat you with a shocking attitude. They forget who is the customer and that without us, they wouldn't have a job.
I could go on and on, but I am tired of the hassle. If I could fly with another airline I would!!!!
