Continuous Disappointment

We travel frequently to various destinations within the USA and are becoming disenchanted with American Airlines. In the last three bookings either with our family or with friends we are realizing American Airlines pretty much does what they want after they’ve received your money for an upcoming flight. I mean why book with them when they repeatedly bump your flight for six hours or in one instance move it from 4:00 pm one afternoon to 6:00 am the next morning. And, this was on a domestic flight. Someone in Washington needs to start looking into such matters. I know we are beginning to look at what other carriers are offering. Folks, the only way a company is going to get the message is if people take their business to competitors. Either AA has schedules they adher to or they don’t. Hopefully AA will look into things or they will lose business because losing business to competitors is the only thing they will understand. AA has lost st their credibility with this consumer. Hopefully others will see the same.
