It's Probably Fair To Say That Most People Writing
It's probably fair to say that most people writing reviews on these kind of forums do so following a bad experience. I've seen bad reviews on Ebuyer, Overclockers which I have used for several years and have never had a problem.
However, Net World Shop.com has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with, either online or on the high street. Their customer services is non existent - literally. Their main sales number doesn't answer and the other number given on their website is apparently a residential number. I haven't had a reply to any of the e-mails I've written.
I ordered a TV adaptor two weeks ago. The money was taken out of my account a few hours after placing the order, and the order status was changed to 'collected' the day after ordering. 2 weeks on, no adapter, no contact whatsoever.
I wouldn't mind if there was a problem with delivery or stock levels if they just told me that was the case. I've come to the conclusion that the order was never processed and that I have lost my money.
Please do not shop here! I am yet to see a good review about this site.

I Purchased Epson Ink Cartridges From Net World Sh
I purchased Epson Ink Cartridges from Net World Shop on 26/10/05.
I sent emails requesting a delivery dates 1/11/05 and 3/11/05 which were ignored.
They answered my Email of the 7/11/05 and advised that the goods would be delivered 11/11/05. The goods did not arrive.
A further Email was Sent 12/11/05 advising that the goods had not arrived and another delivery date was given of the 16/11/05. Once again the goods did not arrive.
Currently I have Emailed this company requesting a full refund though I will admit based on previous performance my expectations are not high but I will take legal action if the refund is not promptly sorted out.
No, I emailed my request, and to be fair they refunded my money promptly.
I have shopped online at networldshop.com and found them very helpful. I found other sites hide behind emails, but networldshop.com have a telephone sales line. My experience with this site has been very good. I ordered an Acer laptop; it was in stock and it arrived the following day at my office. I will be using this company again.
