Tokyo will overwhelm you. You can leave your daypack open while sightseeing and yet expect that nothing will be missing from your bag when you're done. The business signs are creative and light up the evening sky. Everywhere the food they serve is delicious. The people are nice and polite, and the crime rate is low.

Tip: If you're the bubbly and chatty type, avoid going there during winter because the atmosphere can get gloomy and depressing.
