The Plane Was Excellent. Very Clean And Tidy. The

The plane was excellent. Very clean and tidy. The staff were brilliant. they were very helpful. The plane had good entertainment, with small tvs with films and shows played and some reading material. The flight went brilliantly, no delays or anything. the inflight meal was of a good standard. It was a very quick and safe flight. It was very good value for money. Fly with mytavel every chance you get. You will not be let down.

I Went To Salou For A Holidy From East Midlands Ai

I Went To Salou For A Holidy from East Midlands Airport, flying with MyTravel. The Flight There Was On Time Even Though We Did Hold The flight Up. The flight back was 20 mintues late but that was fine. The flight attendents were excellent. we didn't get a meal as it was only a 2 hour flight. But other people did and they said it was good. There was great leg room, and you weren't squashed.

Phoned Them Up To Pay The Balance And They Told Us

Phoned them up to pay the balance and they told us that our names were the wrong way around. (Christian name/Surname). To correct this we would have to pay an administration charge of £30.00 per person. This is £60.00 for them to change our names around. Do not use them!

Air Conditioning Broken In Section Of Seating Made

Air conditioning broken in section of seating made the whole flight unbearably cold. Staff very unfriendly, almost made to feel bad for asking for assistance, miserable tired ageing faces, hehe behaving like their supermodels er.....no. Food tasteless but then is'nt most flight food, had to pay for drinks prior to meal should this have not been included in the flight deal? Limited 3 TV channels to watch not easy to operate and had to listen to the volume with only one earphone working very annoying not an earphone fault but an internal audio fault

Delayed charter flight flew from Montego Bay to Manchester due to leave for London Gatwick after change of staff but due to staff being unable to count how many passengers were supposed to be on board delayed take off for an hour, left sitting waiting on runway with no refreshments or entertainment and apologies made once with non progressive announcements made every 10 min Will never fly with them again!

I Prebooked Inflight Meals When The Tickets Arrive

I prebooked inflight meals when the tickets arrived they said no inflight meals on them after a forty minute wait on the phone I was told by Thomas Cook they were on our booking and not to worry, at checkin I asked again only to be told there were no meals for us and it was to late to do anything about it but they would be onboard for the return flight! and guess what they wern`t.In flight entertainment didn't work, seats were crowded no leg room

This Is A Cheap Airline And If You Bear That In Mi

This is a cheap airline and if you bear that in mind you wont go wrong. I feel many of the people traveling on these flights who complain are either inexperienced travelers or people who expect Concorde treatment. You aint going to get it. I've travelled 3 times with my travel to Mexico, Dominican Republic and Las Vegas. No trouble or frills. The crews on all my flights have been fine and I must praise the check in crew at Manchester who despite being a rainy day at 5.30am, managed to be bright and cheery, GREAT. You pay for what you get and what you get is to your destination cheap. If you want more pay more.

Outbound To London Gatwick To Sanford On 16th Oct

OutBound To London Gatwick to Sanford On 16th Oct 07, We Are suprised to see no delay! We were happy with mytravel customer services prior to trip. Boarded on time and generally had good trip out. However the food once again was not up to scratch and crew were very unprofessional. The plane was one of their airbus a330 or something along those lines, it was very small for a long hawl. 2-4-2 very squashed with lots of legs in the aisle. Every time someone got up to go to the loo you knew! they had no choice but to nudge you! Plane only had one toilet for economy! However we did not know that this was going to be a brilliant flight compared to the disaster we had on the way back. We were scheduled to leave Sanford at 18:45 local time. We arrived in good time for check in. Arrived at 15:00 only to be told that our plane had a technical problem and that it hadn't left Gatwick yet (8Hour Flight)... so we arrived at Sanford at 15:00 only to be checked in as normal! and then shipped off to a hotel for dinner. Now with no luggage apart from carry on so couldn't freshen up or change! However we had to be back at the airport by 11 so security could go home!. so we were back at 11 with now only 5 hours to kill in departures with NOTHING open apart from an over priced shop. Finally got on board! no one really saying anything we were that annoyed at it all. we took off and were given our 'dinner' at about 4 in the morning! funally enough it was terrible and alot got sent back. Cabin then settled down for the night/day what ever it was!.... woke up with somone bashing into you and with somone opening a window shutter! GREAT! The crew were better on the way back! and they were in same situation as us! they were generally helpful and some were very chatty! :) ............ finally landed at Gatwick at 17:00 ish! ........... I was talking to another passenger and she flew in previous that week and she had the same problem! this 'Technical' hitch is not sorting itself out! MyTravel is TERRIBLE and would NEVER recommend them! even if they are cheapest!

We Actually Flew On A Tcx Plane With Mixed Crew An

We actually flew on a TCX plane with mixed crew and MYT flight number. Outbound was fine - on time, smooth ride, pleasant service.

Inbound was delayed - due away at 1630 but didn't start boarding til 1845 and in air 1930 after confusion over baggage. TCX had lost a plane to a technical early morning in GLA and had been trying to catch up all day according to the captain. Could have been worse though as some pax from the 1230 delayed GLA departure were on our flight (and some were not - God knows when they got home). We decided just to chill out about the delay and relax at ACE (which is not the worst airport to get stuck at esp now they have the outdoor lounges airside) but if I had been on the 1230 I'd have been really stressed out esp as there was no information given about the delays whatsoever. Felt sorry for the FAs as they were obviously completely worn out but to their credit stayed pleasant and polite throughout.

We paid for extra legroom seating and that made a big difference - I would never fly with either MYT or TCX (or indeed TOM or FCA) without that.

My only real gripe was with the plane - it was quite simply disgustingly dirty - tray table was sticky and the toilets unpleasant. Even on a quick turnaround on a delayed service it is not unreasonable to expect the plane to be cleaned.
