Poor Service

Go through a uk distribtor rather than going direct. I bought a replacement net. The style has changed (for the worse for the customer but at nearly £150 delivered, undoubtedly better/more profitable for jumping) and there is no help/guidance on how to fit it. It is tricky to fit and there is so much tension on it feed string through holes that don't appear to have any re-enforcing it seemed very easy to damage and expensive net. I asked one of the U.K. Disrubutors who was reasonably helpful considering I didn't buy it from them. Still not had a return call from jumping - best not holding my breath I suppose

Terrible Service From Jumpking, Do Not Buy From This Company

I was appaulled by the service I received from Jumpking. I was told on the website that there would be friendly and fast service so I paid extra to purchase my trampoline through the parent company. However I couldn't get through to their contact number for seven days. When I did the service I received was extremely poor. I also did not get replies from my email and was told this was my fault! My email account is working perfectly well. If you want to purchase your trampoline through a reputable company do not buy with Jumpking. The staff are rude and unhelpful.

Do Not Buy

We bought the jump king, thinking it was the Rolls-Royce of trampolines .I couldn't have been more wrong. The rust is horrendous, padding rips, but the net is the worst design I ve ever seen. Our kids are careful with it as they know it is poor quality but even so within 3 yrs we have had 2 nets brea£100 later !customer service is incredibly poor and take no ownership of responsibility.

Rust

Just telephoned company that make Jumpking to tell them our five year old supposedly galvanised trampoline has rusted. The ladder has fallen apart and some essential parts that attach the bed to the springs are rusted throughout thereby making the trampoline useless. I asked if they sold them as spare parts but no!!! I would have to buy a new bed costing over £99. Galvanised but obviously not if it rains!! I asked if this was reasonable for a five year old trampoline and they said it was up to the company we bought it from. Very, very disappointed.

Not A Good Value

Bought a jump king 15 foot trampoline. Had a problem with stabilty with enclosure. Called for replacement parts that cost almost as much as a new trampoline. Had less than 3 months. The customer service and management of company is poor. Waited on line to talk with manager and was told of the 5% discount that I already had been offered. I never complain as I would rather just not use establishment in future but in this case I am telling as many people as possible that the value is bad and the customer service is worse.

Have An Oval Pod Version And Had A Similar Experie

Have an oval pod version and had a similar experience to another reviewer. The net is not durable. Ours ripped all of the way around last week in the wind after previously ripping time and time again. When I contacted Jumkking they just said they only gaurantee net for 12 months. Tramploine is now past this point. They want £150 for a replacement! Surely this is not fit for purpose! Would not recommend on this basis. Safety has to come first

We Have A 12'round Jumpking Trampoline With Enclos

We have a 12'round Jumpking trampoline with enclosure which we purchased June 2008 so it's just less then 2 years old. A couple of weeks ago I was watching my daughter jumping on the trampoline when she lost her balance and fell backwards and to my horror her head went through the net!! I contacted Jumpking directly and spoke to the Direct Sales manager who was very unsympathetic and told me that they couldn't help me as the net was more than 12 months old! I was appalled at the lack of concern regarding the safety of the net and the dreadful customer service that I received. I bought the net for the very purpose of preventing my children falling off the trampoline and as far as I can see it is not fit for purpose. I seriously question the quality of the enclosure netting and have contacted Trading Standards and they have agreed that Jumpking are legally obliged to rectify the situation under the Sale of Goods Act. I would definitely not recommend Jumpking enclosures as safe and will not be purchasing another one. We previously had an 8' Kerboing trampoline which we had for over 4 years and never had any problems with the net.

Do Yourself A Favour & Buy The 13' X 9' Jumpki

Do yourself a favour & buy the 13' x 9' Jumpking trampoline with the enclosure for your kids. This may be the singularly best cost/beneficial purchase we have ever made.

I Read The Airbounce Trampoline Review And Felt So

I read the Airbounce trampoline review and felt sorry for the writer who had such a bad experience, but wanted to give the other side. We bought a trampoline from Airbounce in 2002 and found the aftersales service very good. We had a missing cover which was delivered when they told us it would be, and broken springs which were replaced without question straight away. This was a few years ago now, so maybe they have gone downhill as a company, but our experience was very good. The trampoline has had continuous heavy use 12 months of the year for the past 4 years and is the best sports investment for active children imaginable.

When We Received Delivery Of Our Jumpking Giant Tr

When we received delivery of our JumpKing Giant trampoline the delivery driver from Airbounce Trampolines refused to drive to the back of the house to drop the very heavy boxes in the garden, so we had to drag boxes through the house, and consequently scratched a brand new solid oak wood floor. I had to phone Airbounce several times to receive the cover, which I had paid extra for. It did eventually arrive, but the video NEVER arrived. I gave up asking! On the 1st October 2005 I received a safety recall notice from the US suppliers IconEurope. Despite emailing them and Airbounce, who I bought the trampoline from, several times since the 1st of October, neither company has had the courtesy to reply to me. I emailed the managing Director of Airbounce explaining what I was going to do - write this review, but he still didn't bother to reply. The after sales service from Airbounce does not exist. I now have a potentially dangerous and unsafe, by the company's own admission, JumpKing 14ft Popular Trampoline in my garden which I do not want! I want AIRBOUNCE TRAMPOLINES to come and take it away and refund the money I paid - £288!

The trampoline itself has given us enjoyment, but would you want to continue to keep a product that the MAKERS tell you is UNSAFE? NO - NEITHER DO I!
