H10 Tenerife Playa

Having been to the Tenerife playa 20 years ago and found it to be excellent , the experience here and now is far from that …

The air conditioning doesn’t work in the room

The room was dirty the floors filthy and the bathroom has mould on the tiles and the shower heads dirty together with a tide mark in and around the bath .

The room upon entering on the 3 rd floor pool view , the smell of stale smoke and god only knows was evident…..

To add insult to injury the television only shows Spanish and German channels and the wifi is switched off in the evening …..

Beds are hard and the rooms are basic ( when cleaned)

Restaurant choice is limited … and it’s a time slot booking via an app ( which if left to the morning you can’t access)

The booking for breakfast and evening meal is somewhat regimented and doesn’t lend itself to a holiday experience

For a four star accommodation by the expectations of TUI the hotel is poor and only relies on its location …….
